Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Pemberlo, LLC (“Pemberlo,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, pemberlo.com, and what we do with it. The Nonprofit Audit™ app at thenonprofitaudit.com has its own privacy policy. Data your organization puts into the app is also covered by your agreement with us.
What we collect
- What you send us through the contact form. This includes your name, organization, role, work email and the answers you choose to give. Phone, state, EIN and your message are optional.
- What you send us by email. If you write to theo@pemberlo.com, we receive your message and anything in it.
- Basic technical information. Cloudflare, our host, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. When you open the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is filling it in. We save the country your inquiry came from, but not your IP address.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't run analytics on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you: answering questions, giving you a price and setting up a demo.
- To send one short email confirming we received your message.
- To keep a record of inquiries so we can follow up on what you asked about.
- To keep the site and the form safe from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We won't add you to a marketing email list without your permission.
Who processes it for us
A few service providers handle this information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, stores contact form submissions and runs the Turnstile bot check.
- Resend: sends us each form submission and sends you the confirmation email.
- Google Workspace: our email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. In that case, this policy keeps applying to it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries while we're in touch with you and for a reasonable time after that. If you ask us to delete yours, we'll delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you've sent us. Email theo@pemberlo.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Access to inquiries is limited to Pemberlo, and our accounts use two-step sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, account numbers or personal information about the people your organization serves.
Children
This site is for organizations and their staff. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
